Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your membership & you enrolled during the free trial option, cancel before the trial period expires and you will not be charged.
Can I cancel my membership?
Memberships are charged on a monthly basis. Cancel prior to the next billing cycle so you will not incur additional charges. Refunds cannot be issued once the payment has been processed.
How long do I have access to the courses and live trainings?
You have access to the on-demand training vault and replays to all live and group Q & A sessions as long as you maintain your membership.
I don't know if I can make it to the live lessons. Will they be recorded?
Yes! All the lessons will be recorded, so if you can't make it live, make sure to watch the recording in your log-in area.
Is this only for non-fiction writers?
The authorpreneur track, book planning, and writing phases are definitely oriented for non-fiction writers. As for the self-publishing courses and coaching is applicable for either non-fiction or fiction authors.
What if I need personal support for writing, book ideas, or self-publishing?
